Your monthly Orykl subscription isn’t just about receiving practitioner benefits anymore — it’s now also your way of earning ownership in the company.

Come January every year, you will have the option of getting a SAFE (Simple Agreement for Future Equity) for the amount you've contributed to date. This SAFE can then convert to actual shares when Orykl has a triggering event (investment, sale, IPO, etc).

This means that your $10/month is no longer a fee — it’s a quiet, consistent investment in a mission-driven company rooted in love, community, and the spiritual evolution of humanity.

Better yet, early practitioners get rewarded further! Those subscribed in 2024 receive 30% more equity, with 25% more for those who join in 2025, 20% in 2026, 15% in 2027, and 10% for anyone joining from 2028 onward. It's our way of rewarding further those who co-create this platform with us from the start.

Because this is about true co-creation — not from a place of control, but rather from a place of alignment. Not in separation, but in love. And when we create together from that space, we don’t just build platforms — we build a new world, inside and out.

It's super simple! You don't really have to do anything.

Every January, we total up your contributions for the year and add them to your previous balance. If it’s your first year, we’ll create your first SAFE (Simple Agreement for Future Equity). If you already have one, we’ll update it with your new total. The minimum contribution is $10/month, but you’re welcome to contribute more — either monthly or as a one-time amount.

When Orykl raises capital, is sold, or goes public, your SAFE converts into real shares. The number of shares you receive is based on how much you've contributed up to that point, divided by Orykl’s valuation at the time of the event. You’ll also receive a discount if you joined early — 30% if you subscribed in 2024, or 25% if you joined in 2025.

Note that in order to receive your SAFE, you have to be still subscribed by 31 December every year.

Don't get too hung up on the intricacies. It's quite simple in the end: It's basically a piece of paper that says that you can cash in when the company has a large ingress of money in the future.

You are also benefiting from a "discount rate", which means you'll get more money at the time of conversion (25% more if you sign up in 2025, for example).

Receiving a SAFE does not count as income and you do not need to report it in your tax return. Tax is only triggered when you sell the shares in the future and make a profit from that. You would then report the income as "capital gains", and pay tax on those gains accordingly.

This is the law for the U.S. and most other countries, but check in your own country if you live outside of the U.S.

You may contribute as much as you'd like per month, knowing that this is an investment just like any other investor would invest in Orykl, and knowing you have a discount locked in for you.

You are also welcome to invest any lump sum of money you want at any point in time. All contributions get aggregated at the end of each calendar year, and your SAFE's are issued to you in January for your total contributed amount.

We only issue SAFEs in January to those practitioners who are still subscribed to our platform on 31 December. If your subscription ends or is paused before that date, you will unfortunately not be eligible to receive a SAFE for that calendar year.

You need to have contributed a minimum of $60 in the year in order to receive a SAFE in January. If you are below this amount, don't worry... whatever it was will be accounted for the following year when you receive your first SAFE.

This is more than a work model — it’s a disruption of the status quo. It’s a fairer, more human, more soulful way of growing something meaningful together. Above all, it’s an opportunity — one where your soul’s work becomes part of something greater than you alone.

If you choose to contribute your time, you’ll receive equity based on the hours you work. We’ve put together a list of available roles (see below), or you can propose your own based on what you love doing and where you feel most impactful. Every contribution is valued — and counted.

1. Choose a role you feel aligned with
You can select from the open roles available or propose your own contribution based on your skills, interests, and what excites you. Roles are designed to be fulfilling, collaborative, and rooted in purpose.

2. Start with a 3‑Month Trial
This is a gentle introduction where you begin tracking your hours and settling into your role. Equity is only granted after the full 3-month trial is completed, to ensure mutual alignment and commitment.

3. Core Terms for 2025
- Hourly rate: $50/hour
- Monthly cap: Maximum of 20 hours per person
This keeps the focus on contribution, ease, and sustainability—allowing space for joy and community-building without pressure.

4. Review in January 2026
At the start of 2026, we’ll revisit the structure of this program to ensure it continues to feel good for everyone involved.

5. Equity Distribution
All approved hours are tallied and added to your SAFE agreement each January, alongside any equity earned through your subscription. That equity converts into actual shares if Orykl goes through a triggering event, such as raising a priced funding round, being acquired, or going public.

Yes — there’s a 3-month trial period. During this time, you track your hours as usual, and if you complete the full 3 months, those hours will count towards your equity. If you don’t complete the trial, no equity is issued for that period. This trial is simply a way for both you and Orykl to make sure the role feels like a good fit.

You earn equity at a flat rate of $50/hour. This rate applies for the rest of 2025. We'll revisit the rate and structure together in January 2026.

There’s no minimum hours but there is a maximum of 20 hours per month to help keep the program sustainable and balanced for everyone involved.

No problem! If you leave before the trial is complete, you simply won’t receive equity for that period, but there’s no penalty or pressure!

2) Press Release Writer: Are you a strong writer with a knack for PR? We’d love your help crafting a quarterly press release for Orykl. If you also have experience with distribution, even better! You’re welcome to pair this with our PR Outreach role listed below if that’s more your thing.

3) Freelance Copywriter (Various Tasks)
We often need help with writing and editing across the platform. This includes practitioner profiles, website copy updates, weekly blogs, Insight Circle summaries, and other ad hoc content. If you’ve got a way with words and enjoy variety, we’d love your support.
