I’ve always felt a deep connection to the spiritual world, though I didn’t have words for it growing up. As a child, I experienced moments of clarity and insight that felt different from the everyday world around me, but it wasn’t until high school that I started to consciously explore this part of myself. I was drawn to the healing arts, feeling an undeniable pull towards helping others. In 2001, I became a Reiki Master, and that moment marked the beginning of my deeper spiritual journey.
For years, I balanced my work in nursing with my spiritual interests, but over time, something began to shift. I loved helping people in a medical setting, but I knew there was more for me to explore beyond the physical body. In 2012, I made the decision to step away from nursing and dive fully into energy healing and spiritual communication. That was a pivotal moment in my life. It felt like I was being guided, step by step, to a place where I could work not just with the physical, but with the energetic and spiritual aspects of healing.
During this time, I began communicating more directly with angels and spirit guides, and the more I trusted in those connections, the more powerful and clear they became. This was a profound period of discovery for me. I realized that these guides had been with me all along, gently nudging me in the right direction, even when I didn’t fully understand it. As my connection to these higher energies grew, so did my understanding of my own path.
By 2018, my spiritual practice had expanded in ways I couldn’t have imagined. I started trance channeling, a practice that allows me to step aside and let higher beings—like spirit guides, archangels, and The Council of Light—speak through me. This was both a humbling and exhilarating experience. It felt like I was opening up to a deeper level of consciousness, and with that came profound insights, both for myself and for those around me.
Throughout this journey, I’ve had moments of doubt and times when I wondered if I was on the right path. But every time I questioned, the universe provided me with answers—whether through a sign, a message from my guides, or a feeling of deep inner knowing. This journey hasn’t always been easy, but it has been incredibly rewarding. I’ve learned that the spiritual path isn’t about having all the answers; it’s about trusting the process, embracing the unknown, and being open to the guidance that comes through, no matter how unexpected.
Looking back, I can see how each stage of my life prepared me for the next. My work in nursing gave me a foundation in caring for others, and my exploration of energy healing opened me up to new ways of helping people heal, not just physically, but on a deeper, more spiritual level. The transition to full-time energy therapy was a natural progression, even though at the time, it felt like a huge leap. But that’s what this journey has been about—trusting the leaps, even when I couldn’t see where they would land.
Today, I continue to deepen my connection to the spiritual realm, always learning, always growing. My experiences have shown me that the universe is far more interconnected than we often realize, and that healing happens on many levels—physical, emotional, spiritual, and energetic. I’m grateful for every step of this journey and for the guidance I’ve received along the way. It’s an ongoing process, one that continues to unfold in beautiful and unexpected ways.
